Right of withdrawal:

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Contract within 30 days from the day on which the Buyer takes possession of the Goods (or the last Good, partial shipment or piece in the case of a contract for several Goods of a single order or the delivery of one Good in several partial shipments or pieces) or from the day of conclusion of the Contract in the case of digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier (eg CDs or DVDs), without giving any reason. To exercise his right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform the Seller of his decision to withdraw from this Contract. The Buyer can complete and submit his declaration electronically in accordance with the explanations and forms available in the Online Returns Center. The Buyer can contact the Seller or use this model withdrawal form. If the Buyer uses the Online Returns Center, the Buyer will be sent a confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal without delay (e.g. by e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Buyer to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period and to return the goods via the online return center within the period defined below. Consequences of revocation:

If the buyer cancels this contract, the seller is obliged to refund the payments received from the buyer for the goods purchased. This refund will be made promptly and at the latest, subject to the situations mentioned below, within fourteen days from the day on which the seller received notification of the cancellation of this contract. For this refund, the same means of payment will be used that was used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will any fees be charged for the refund. The seller may refuse to refund until the seller has received the goods back or until the buyer has provided evidence that he has returned the goods, whichever is earlier. The buyer must return the goods promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which he notified the seller of the cancellation of this contract via our online returns center. The deadline is met if the buyer sends the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. The buyer must bear the regular costs of return if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for the buyer.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not exist or expires for the following contracts

       

for the delivery of goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been removed after delivery or which, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;

for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery;

· for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs

for the supply of goods which are liable to spoil quickly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded;

· for services, if Amazon has fully provided these (e.g. the use of the Amazon MP3 music service) and you have acknowledged and expressly agreed before ordering that we can start providing the service and you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract;

· for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts; and

for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon when the sales contract was concluded, but which cannot be delivered until after 30 days and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence.
